The 2011 Census is coming! On March 27th 2011, all residential households in the UK will be taking part in a new Census.
The Census has been on-going every 10 years since 1801, and provides valuable information about the population of the country. The information means that the government, both central and local, can make more accurate decisions and actions involving housing, education, health and transport for the next 10 years.
Local Authorities take information from the Census to base decisions on funding for the above areas, so it’s important for everyone’s sake that the information is as accurate as possible! Please do your bit and make sure you complete your details as accurately as you can.
