RAIL passengers at Woking station have been experiencing severe delays due to the snow this morning (December 5).
South West Trains (SWT) said poor weather conditions meant lines between London Waterloo and Woking South-Bound are blocked.
Passengers are advised to use First Great Western and Southern services where possible, with both networks accepting South West Trains tickets.
The train company warned services running across the whole of its network may be cancelled, delayed by up to 90 minutes or revised at short notice.
Disruption is expected throughout today, SWT said.
A message on South West Trains website said: "Due to severe icing of the rails services are currently running extremely slowly or stopped in a queue behind other services.
"Customers are advised to remain on services and listen for further information.
"We have engineers and extra staff working to clear the ice from the rails.
"First Great Western, London Underground, Southern and London Buses will accept South West Trains Rail tickets.
"We apologise for the inconvenience this is causing you."
