Woking A Level Results

Thursday's publication of A Level results saw a national improvement in grades a situation reflected in Woking. St John the Baptist School boasts a 100% pass rate with 76% of that being grades A* to B. Woking College saw half of it's students achieve grades A*to B and more than half for Fullbrook School.

Roisin Straver, from St John The Baptist celebrated as the first pupil from the school to ever be offered a place at St Martins College of Art in London due to her outstanding work.

Extra police were patrolling in the town centre last night as students went out to celebrate their results.
