New Victoria Theatre in Woking is proud to present the biggest, brightest and most swashbuckling Peter Pan ever to set sail from Friday 9 December 2011 to Sunday 15 January 2012.

This brand new, updated version of Peter Pan is bursting with stunning special effects (including amazing flying!) sumptuous costumes, superb sets, lots of humour, oodles of audience participation and a good helping of fairy dust. Eric Potts, best known for his portrayal of Diggory Compton in Coronation Street, is also a panto legend, starring in, directing and writing the scripts for First Family EntertainmentPantomime's for many years. With this year no exception, he promises to take the audience on a magical journey to Neverland and make this Panto an unmissable family treat.

Eric Potts, Script Writer 'Both I and the creative team at First Family Entertainment have transformed this traditional tale into a fun-filled adventure brimming over with comedy for all the family and a few panto surprises. We have taken all the charm of the original story of the boy who never grew up and added magic, music and traditional panto mayhem.'

Steve McFadden, one of the most recognisable soap villains in the country will be playing the role of the dastardly Captain Hook, determined to thwart Peter Pan once and for all in this brand new production. Steve is no stranger to the role, first starring in Peter Pan in 2003 at Woking, a Panto which has been New Victoria Theatre's most successful Panto to date!  Best-known for his role as Phil Mitchell in BBC's EastEnders, Steve is now one of the longest serving cast members in the much-loved soap, leading numerous high profile storylines. Other television credits includeBergerac, Minder, Murder in Mind and The Bill. He was crowned winner of the British Soap Award's Villain of the Year in 2001 – so as Captain Hook, Steve will have you trembling in your seats!

Shuut Up!  The Lost Boys will be 'totes jel' because joining Steve as one of his rumbustious pirates and adding a bit of glam to the crew is none other than Harry Derbidge from hit ITV2  show The Only Way is Essex! Harry has flourished becoming one of the shows favourite characters! You'll certainly be in for a treat as Harry brings some Essex to Neverland!

Completing the pirate crew line up as Hook's right hand man, Smee, is hilarious comedian Andy Collins.Andy is no stranger to Neverland or the New Victoria Theatre, starring in Peter Pan at Woking in 2007. Andy has experienced every aspect of the entertainment industry from Shakespeare to Stand up, Cabaret and MTV and has presented BBC's Garden SOS and ITV1's Family Fortunes. As one of the most sort after warm- up artistes in the business working with Ant & Dec, Cilla Black and Chris Tarrant they'll be laugh a-plenty!

Amy Bird stars as our hero and leader of the Lost Boys, Peter Pan. Amy has appeared in numerous theatre productions including Peter Pan, Footloose, Annie Get Your Gun and the European Tour of Richard O'Brien's The Rocky Horror Show. She runs her own function band 'Groove Elation' and has sung with many other bands around the UK, including UK / European arena tour with Mike Nolan and David Van Day's New Bucks Fizz when she was just 18.

The New Victoria Theatre in Woking boasts a modern 1,300 super comfy auditorium, excellent road and rail links, ample parking options and easy access and is proud to present the most spectacular Pantomimes in Surrey. This year will be no exception; a truly magical adventure to delight all!
