Robbery at shop in Wych Hill

A SHOPKEEPER has been left injured and shocked after a robbery at his store in Woking.
Two young men in dark clothing entered the store in Wych Hill at 5.20pm on Thursday (January 10) and shouted at the member of staff not to move.
One intruder went to snatch cigarettes from a display behind the counter, whilst the other grabbed the victim to prevent him from stopping the theft.
In a scuffle which followed the victim suffered a minor leg injury.
The two suspects made off out of the store and ran down an alleyway next to the shop.
The suspects are described as two white men, 5ft 6ins to 5ft 7ins tall and aged between 18 and 21-years-old.
One man is described as wearing a dark jacket, a dark hat and a dark brown scarf covering some of his face and mouth.
The second suspect is similarly described as covering his face and wore a short dark jacket.
Temporary Detective Sergeant Karim Tayar investigating is asking anyone with information to contact him at Surrey Police.
He said: "This offence happened when the shop worker was going about his everyday business and has left him feeling shaken.
"I would appeal to anyone who may have seen these two men either before the offence or as they made their escape.
"This type of crime is unusual in the area and I am hoping that pedestrian, shoppers or passing motorists may have witnessed something out of the ordinary and have a piece of information which could help locate and bring these offenders to justice.
"Please call me and help keep our neighbourhoods safe for everyone to live and work in."
