ONLY one in ten people in Woking went to a polling station to vote for Surrey's new police and crime commissioner.
Figures released as the count gets underway this morning (November 16) shows 10.05 per cent attended poll stations in the town yesterday (November 15).
And fewer than half of voters in Woking with postal votes used them, with 45.78 per cent returned.
The overall Surrey police and crime commissioner election turnout is expected later today.
