The Lovely Music Night is Back with Amazing Line Up for Oxjam!!

October means Oxjam and the Lovely Music Night back to The Crown in Horsell on Tuesday 16 October where collections will be made on behalf of the charity. This month Dan Shears, just back from national tour supporting Charlene Soraira and festival dates all over Europe will be celebrating the release of his new EP Against a Sea of Troubles. With powerful enigmatic songs sung with the voice of an angel and asides from the mind of a cross dressing docker it's always an entertaining and musically amazing evening where ever Dan plays. He has returned to the Lovely Music Night because he had such a great time last year and never forgot his promise to return, despite his career taking off in leaps and bounds. Also playing will be local Singer Songwriter Anna Neale who has released her CD Riverman and Phoenix Chroi trying out some new songs, sounds and old jokes. There is open mic from 8-9pm where anyone can pitch up and play up to 3 songs and as always the evening ends with a hooley where all can join in on house tambourines, kazoos, ukeleles and drums.
